I purchased something over the phone and was able to pick it up utilizing curb side pickup. I called when I arrived, and my products were brought out within a few minutes. I was able to pay using the terminal outside. Everything was safe and following all covid protocols. Thanks to the super nice gentleman for helping me out :)
This place sets the standard for what a professional music and equipment store should be. Excellent for repairs. Excellent for new buys. And a friendly but expert staff....no guys chasing commissions trying to rip you off...they just try to meet your needs and have excellent products and selection. If you need a piano or keyboard, see Peter Seitz...no one better!
I recently purchased a Fender guitar from this location. The staff member, I believe his name was Travis, was highly knowledgeable and listened to exactly what I was looking for to find me the perfect guitar. He also helped complete my set up in a way that was useful and not pushy. Thanks so much for your help!!!

I will be honest with you, this location and markhams storefront are the only two locations I recommend buying a musical instrument. I recently went and had a perfect experience there. I was buying a 190 dollar guitar and spent a very long time there (before corona outbreak). I'm one of those customers that you know, sometimes ocd with their purchases. Given the fact that the guitar did not generate much money for their store and the fact that I tried multiple lower end guitars, They still sold me a guitar like it was worth 2 grand.
Came and left with a bass and drum kit. Great service and knowledgeable staff.
Staff is somewhat pretentious when helping non-musicians.
