I went to see Dr. Mai Le for my upper back and neck soreness that’s been going on for months. After just my first session, I walked out feeling like a new person. Dr. Mai is INCREDIBLE. You can tell how knowledgable she is during the session. She answered all my questions and even showed me helpful at-home exercises to help when my neck is especially sore. She is great at communicating during the session with regards to pressure/pain. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I came here after my friend told me I have 300 dollars coverage every semester included in my tuition payment for paramedics, a term that I only understood after asking the people at Lifemed countless questions. I have been working in a restaurant for a long time. I am pretty confident in my postures but when I came here and had an assessment, I realized my restaurant job has done so many harms to my spinal and some of my muscle tissues. My low- end back basically didn't react anymore ( Idk how to put it correctly) Maya is my chiropractor and she really helped me to be aware of my spinal conditions and what I have done wrong all this time. After a couple visits and some home-based exercises, I haven't seen any significant change with my postures, but now I am more aware, and because of the exercises Maya encouraged me to do, my core is much stronger now. I walk and move easier, and faster. This is a new clinic, with young and passionate doctors. After each visit, I learned a lot about how to maintain your health, and how prevention is much more important than treating the diseases. My girlfriend had a big problem with her conditions, I will for sure persuade her to get an appointment with the naturopathic doctor here. The clinic is clean and give out a very relaxing vibe. And all the paintings on the wall were created by Maya. Service: very attentive, very knowledgeable, open to discussion, Location: close to subway, not sure with parkings Price: 30 for 45 minutes of adjustment, massage, acupuncture and exercise coaching.
I have been coming to Dr.Mia for message and chiropractic therapy She has been a great experience for me .She takes her time and she do what needs to be done .She is very skilled .I recommended her to my Husband and my son .Both liked the session and helped them with successful treatment plan .I really appreciate her work and recommend her to my friends and colleagues.
I was referred to LifeMed by a friend who told me they were really good. I was skeptical at first. I've been to chiros that crack my back for about 5 mins and send me on my way. But I had some benefits to use, so I decided to make an appointment. And boy, am I glad that I did. I saw Dr. Mai Hoa for chiro and an RMT massage: Chiro: She taught me several exercises to strengthen my muscles, did cupping, and even gave me a resistance band. Massage: I wish it lasted longer. She listened to my concerns and focused on the areas that bothered me. Dr. Hoa is magical; So magical, that I've since booked several more appointments with her. The staff at the counter are all very friendly and helpful. They helped me navigate my insurance benefits, and billed my insurer directly. The only negative is they aren't open everyday. They're conveniently located next to several bubble tea chains and chung chun korean hot dog, so you can treat yourself after treating yourself to an amazing chiro sesh/massage.
I come weekly now! They are so amazing with all their services. I’ve experienced, RMT, Chiro, Naturopathic treatments and I feel my chronic issues have relief after the first sessions. Amazing! They’re clinic is clean and friendly staff. Highly recommended!!!
