Staff are always very helpful and are genuinely nice people. The store has a huge selection and is a bit overwhelming at first, may take a few trips to fully digest what they all have. This is the best fabric supply store in the GTA that I have been to yet.

I came here looking for fabric for facemasks. When I asked about the prices I was told to ignore the prices on the rolls. I was told most of the cotton fabric was 15 a metre which was higher than the numbers on the rolls. When I finally picked some fabric, I was told they would not cut less than a metre. The roll had a little more than that on it but I just did not need that much of that particular fabric at this time, for this project. At this time the father ( I am assuming) of the salesman of the young man who was helping me piped and and said \ just give it to her\. I assumed they were not going to charge me for it as that is what has happened at Fabricland in the past but that was not the case here. Unfortunately I did not look closely at my receipt until I got home... yes, my mistake.... but I really was not expecting to have to watch my back shopping in a fabric store. Here you do need to keep your guard up. How sad.

Was sold material that was not the width I was told it was, it looked like an axe was used to cut the bolt in half and was I assured it was 100% cotton but it was in fact a poly blend. Glad I bought a test batch first and only wasted a day and not the whole bolt of fabric i was going to buy. Staff was pushy and answered everything with a \yes\ no matter what the answer was.
