I have had dozens of packages routed here for pickup and I’ve never run into any issues. The owner Jerry is quiet, but polite. Store is messy yes, but it hasn’t been an issue for me.
This place is mismanaged and disorganized, place is full of dust and everywhere you turn packages all over the place. I had a package re-directed there and apparently he was not able to find and said that someone other then myself had already picked it up. Purolator called him in regards to the package and he is claiming that there was no label on the package and that someone came in described the package and he gave it to them without even asking for ID. Strongly recommend not having your packages sent or redirected there. One thing he asks is if you know what the package looks like as if you were the one who sent it.
**A warning to anyone who plans to pick up a package. ** The hours on the door are not when the owner opens and closes the shop. There was myself and another man waiting outside for 30/45 minutes after the shop should have been open. He arrived and I asked why they weren't open and he said he drives 2 hours to get to the shop. I sympathize with him I really do, I said well maybe put a note on the door so customers can understand that the hours aren't set and you may or may not arrive on the said times. He said no I can't do that. So if you plan to be there on time 9:30 Am open he maybe won't be there until 10/10:15 and the number on the sign is not reachable so do not bother calling.
