Absolutely wasting my time to go there. I had the same issue as mentioned by someone post previously. The owner promised to have my shoes fixed and ready to pick within a week and he did not make it. Ok, I gave him more then enough time (another 5 days) to fix my shoes. Again, he still did not do it at all. He claimed himself having a 30 years of experience repairing shoes but he has zero experience at all to serve his customers. He said he will only give discount if he missed the delivery date the third time. Such a joke .. why would a customer come back to you if you continue to miss your promised delivery dates! So stupid ...! I will give negative five stars if I can.
Should have paid attention to the reviews. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE. paid 150 to get my heels fixed. One of the heel broke within 10 mins of wearing it in an office setting. Owner wouldn’t repair it. Unacceptable that a shoe that is fixed and breaks after one-time wear will not be fixed! Why would I pay again to have the same guy fix it when he is so clearly incompetent. Other shoes took weeks to fix even though he gave me a date and I would show up - he still didn’t fix it. I had already paid in advance, which I suppose was why he didn’t care.
Worst place ever! He's a scammer so be careful. He told me to come on a specific day to pick up my boots and when I did, it wasn't even ready!! Why would you tell someone to come then?! And the worst part of all, he promised me a discount and when I came the following week, he said no discount because the boots are now finally ready and he'll only give discounts if it's not ready on the THIRD time. I tried to teach him that's not how you run a business but he didn't understand and said it was my fault (no idea why). I really hope this place goes bankrupt and out of business so that he can't scam other Canadians! I'm writing to global news so that this becomes public. We need honest people and this man is NOT honest. I've never written reviews before until now! This man is a scammer!
