I have gotten packages delivered back to here a few times because of an issue with my shipping address. I usually find a way around going here by sending someone else, or by having it shipped to a closer FedEx pickup location. The staff there were actually really nice, I was helped by a young lady and she was very quick, efficient and friendly. Had my package in hand within 2 minutes. :)

Just picked up my parcel in the very morning and the service was FAST and QUICK, staff was KIND and NICE just made my day better
My experience at the shipping centre was fine but I shouldn't have had to go there. The driver left a tag at my back door without ever having rung the front doorbell. I saw him arrive and leave thinking he had left the package. Instead I had to call customer support minutes after he left only to be told it was not possible for him to come back and I'd have to drive across the city after 5 to pick it up myself. Come on FedEx
I absolutely hate FedEx for their service in Toronto. Consistently, every single time I get something delivered by them, they make no attempt to phone me or follow delivery instructions (to knock on a specific door of my building). They don't even leave an 'attempted delivery' notice on my building door. I just get notified that they attempted delivery and I wasn't home, even though I was definitely home at the time. I doubt they actually have someone attempting to deliver the packages and they just prefer I go to their pickup locations myself, which are not conveniently located at all.
So annoying how they say they’ve made an attempt at delivering my package. I was home all day and no one called or buzzed me or even tried to come to my home. I then had to come to this Fedex, which wasn’t even the closest Fedex to my house, to pick up the package. Not sure why anyone would ever pay premium fees for this kind of service. When I got to this location, the line was long. One girl couldn’t process a lot of stuff... I assume she was new. Just a negative experience over all.
