I'd give them a 0 star, if I could. I've tried calling many times yesterday and today. Nobody answers and their mailbox is FULL. I'm guessing that means they don't care to check it. Shady practice. Avoid businesses that operate like this.
Good service, friendly staff. Reserved a uhaul. I forgot an item in the back of the truck and they kindly kept it safe so that I could pick it up later.
Had a really bad experience with Empire rental through my uhaul booking. The truck tires were stuck in between ice at the yard and I couldn't take it out. Upon return, they gave the wrong mileage to uhaul and I was charged much more for distance
DO NOT CHOOSE THIS LOCATION FOR UHAUL BOOKING. Made a U-Haul reservation, got an email last minute saying that my reservation is available only the next day. Calling the location - no one picks up, goes to a voicemail that is full and doesn’t record any new messages.
