They installed my Mitsubishi ductless AC on September, 2016. I comes with a 10yr warranty and 2 yrs parts and labour. They installed 3 indoor units, but 2 out of the 3 drain hoses were not installed properly and they have come loose. I've been trying for 4 mths to have them installed again by one of their techs. They sent someone to reconnect one of the hoses which was about 12' from the ground. But he didn't have a long enough ladder to reach the other one. I was told they were gonna send someone to reconnect the other one ASAP. It has now been 2 months to no avail. I've called and called and was told they were gonna call me back! No call back. They were gonna contact the tech. No tech has shown up. They keep bothering to do a maintenance check the few times I have spoken to the gentleman. I don't want a maintenance check. I want the hose reconnected, which wasn't connected properly in the first place. It is frustrating that it's taken over 4 months. It's dripping down and my neighbour can't park his car because it's a constant drip from 35' above. I am not pleased at all. (July 27, 2018) I've called a couple of times more, with the assertion that I would be getting a call back last Friday before 5pm. It is now July 27 and the hose has not been connected nor have I had a call back. I spent 10k on this unit. They say they don't have a latter that reaches, but when I spent the money they had a latter. Now they don't have one, it should be one of your essentials since you install A/C units.\u200d️. Just please send someone to connect the hose. No one needs to be home to connect it it's on the side of the house. So frustrated.

I have used Dupont heating since 2013 when they installed my navien combi boiler system, they have serviced it yearly ever since. It is always a pleasure dealing with Candice and the whole team They are very professional, and affordable, I highly recommend them.

We had two ductless AC units installed on our upstairs this summer. The quote was competitive and got a good vibe from Louis, who did the quote. The three stars is due to the installation of the units. The installers were nice enough, but lacked attention to detail. The unit outside was very obviously installed on a slant and the unit in our bedroom was also installed on a slant and I think a couple decisions were made to make their installation easier rather than look better as a finished product. To their credit, they were sent back quickly to fix the slanted units but I still had to argue with the installer to fix the one in our bedroom (which I don’t think was even fixed properly). The units do work fine, but having observed how other units have been installed in the neighbourhood, we’re disappointed with the appearance of ours.
