Chain link snapped right off. Popped into this shop since it was relatively near. Was asked by a lady what I’m in for and she quoted how much it’d cost to replace the chain (I thought that was what’s needed and had asked for a replacement). Good thing I had kept the snapped chain! As I spoke to the two gentlemen assisting me with the chain link repair, they mentioned there was currently no need to replace the whole chain and that other parts would need to be replaced to make it all work and a simple chain link replacement would suffice. I appreciated the honest advice and I was able to look around the store as the have quite a bit of equipment. It took around 20 minutes in total to get the bike chain repaired at a reasonable price and I was cashed out and back to riding! Two bottles of sanitizer at entrance and good crowd control inside the store (everyone was being attended to). Appreciate the help guys and will definitely keep you in mind for future business.

He personally contacted me via instagram to video chat which made me feel super comfortable with the process. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new gravel bike at Dream Cyclery in downtown Toronto ! Dan (the owner) and Lucas (the technician) were a joy to deal with. Both individuals had extensive knowledge about what I required to be a successful cyclist. Dan and Lucas allowed me to express my wants and needs. Then were very attentive and professionally took that information and recommended a suitable bike. Additionally they took the time to fit me properly, taking into account my physical stature. Dan did not hard sell me, but worked alongside me to select the best bike for me! I would highly recommend Dream Cyclery and the professionalism of the owner and staff for bike selection and support. I have since returned for minor adjustments and they did this immediately. What I love about them is that they did not sell me a bike for the sake of the sale, but truly were interested in me and finding a suitable bike at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Dream Cyclery (and sister shops) to my friends and family. Thank you!
Dream Cyclery is top-notch! I found them through Dan Yang— who also runs BCC. Very knowledgeable and a great cyclist! If you’re thinking about getting into biking, talk to Dan! I brought my bike for tune up to start the season and I am very happy with the impeccable service! The prices are also fantastic! I will definitely recommend and return in the future for all my road bike needs! The customer service is also great— everyone there is easy-going and friendly. I have always felt comfortable going in to browse. I never felt pressured to buy, but I have also had great assistance when inquiring about products and needed help making a decision for my biking needs!
