Nick is very friendly, knowledgeable and super passionate about beer. Had everything we needed. The only place you need to go for beer supplies in Toronto. An east end gem.

Good news: Seem to be decent prices at this place and ultimately know their stuff. Bad news: Right about the rudest customer service I have encountered in the western hemisphere. Like it's so crude that it's worth going just to experience it even if you are least bit interested in brewing beer. The brewmaster will smell you coming and put up a little show. Incredible in a city that thankfully this isn't the norm.

Rookie home brewer here. Nick took the time and had infinite patience with my starter kit and dumb beginner questions. Thanks for the top-notch service!

Great brew store. Incredible selection and competitive prices run by a very knowledgable and helpful proprietor. Probably my favourite place to shop.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy works here who is always willing to assist (if the line is not too long) with anything you could need. If they are missing a particular ingredient he always knows how to substitute it, which is very useful. Love coming back to this place.

Great experience, great atmosphere. Nick makes a beginner feel right at home. Knows how to help and matches suggestions to the level of the customer's brewing experience. "Remember," he said, putting me at ease. "It's just beer." He went out of his way to assemble the grains, yeasts and hops, jotted out a recipe and threw in some humor. Why can't every retail experience be this satisfying? I'll be back!

Small shop with a vast inventory of home brew supplies, equipment and books. All kinds of things! Kind of like home hardware, when you can’t find it anywhere else you’ll find it here. Friendly service and advice.
