I went here because I wanted to plan something special for some people around Christmas time....being from Trinidad and Tobago, around the holidays we tend to give certain drinks to friends and family like sorrel Hibiscus drink and ponche de creme (spiked eggnog). I explained what I wanted and the young man at the front counter was so amazing, very helpful and gave me excellent tips despite me not using anything for wine making. My friends and family were really happy with their little gifts and loved the packaging. Thank you Wine Kitz Waterloo, I will certainly be back this year.

I have bottled a number of batches of wine now with Kelly at Wine Kitz Waterloo - each experience is better than the last. Kelly is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products she carries and the process of making and bottling the wine. She is also excellent at suggesting new types of wine to try and the last one she suggested for me has been my favourite to date. The store is bright, clean and inviting.
