Tonertech is exactly the type of company that I like to work with. I have been a customer of Tonertech for several years purchasing printer toner and supplies for both my own company and those of my clients. Their prices are very good for both OEM and re-manufactured, and whenever I have had any issue, they have replaced the product within 24 hours. I appreciate that they back their products 100%. Recently I purchased a higher end printer from them as well. The transition was much smoother than I expected. It took a couple days to get everything setup exactly as I wanted, as I was demanding wanting everything to work exactly so, but Myles was patient and knowledgeable and he stayed until everything was tested and working perfectly. I very much appreciated their attention to my needs during the setup even when things were a little unusual and I’m comfortable knowing that they will be there for me if I need them in the future. I’ve always found all the staff helpful and friendly, and I will continue to use them for my own company and I’ll continue to recommend them to my clients as well.
I ordered a printer for my little business at home and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. Not only did Matt find me the perfect printer for my needs (and he found it quickly) but he was also very professional and friendly to deal with. You could tell Tonertech is very customer service oriented. And the printer was literally delivered the very next day. I was actually surprised at how fast and easy it all was.
