We've dealt with Twigs for flowers for celebration of life, prom, birthday and Valentines Day and the arrangements are always unique. Very easy to deal with. The arrangement that I ordered looked nothing like what was sent. I ordered a flower arrangement without greenery fillers. What was sent was a lot of greenery and some flowers. I called to discuss and was told that the greens were added to “fill the container”. But I clearly ordered an arrangement free of fillers. I understand the need to substitute flowers...but not for replacing flowers with leaves. Poorly done.
