Had a wonderful trail ride on the most beautiful horse. They have small group sizes so it’s perfect when going with your family or friends. Amazing day spent in the country.

We had 2 great experiences with Thunder Ridge. We came earlier this fall with 2 moms and 2, 10 year olds and enjoyed it so much we decided to do it again for my daughters 11th birthday. Thunder Ridge provided 3 guides for our 4 riders on the first occasion and the 5 riders on the second. They were very helpful with making sure that everyone had a well fitting helmet and with getting the kids on and of the horses. I felt that good attention to safety was being following including covid safety with the staff wearing a mask while assisting others. The scenery is a combination of farm fields and a treed ravine. I'm sure the river was nearby but I couldn't quite catch a glimpse of it. We stayed for a campfire afterwards so that we could finish off the birthday party with a social distancing marshmallow roast. we ended up staying longer than planned due to our out of town guests wife getting lost on the way back to pick him up. They were very flexible and hospitable towards us when this happened. Thank you to Rhonda, Sheldon, Adrian, Vickie and the others for helping make Katies birthday special.
