It’s okay they never say hi when I go in or ask to help me. I always know what I want so I don’t mind, but if someone whose never been there goes, they might be annoyed to have to chase down a sales rep. They have a good selection of items but shop local if you can, thunder pet is great and has more options for healthy small pet food.

I am very pleased with the grooming service provided to my American Bulldog today. I have received poor treatment at other grooming salons due to my dog's breed and anxious behaviours so I was pleasantly surprised. The staff here are very friendly, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. Thank you, PetSmart!!
Had some fish bubbles and supplies we were looking for and could not find for a reasonable price anywhere else. Happy and great staff, fast service and a clean store. Would definitely recommend even though its a non local store and a chain.
Never dealt with training collars before and apparently I asked the right lady for assistance. She's a dog trainer and was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the time she gave me.
