Absolutely no support on the warranty of their products. Our central air is less than 2 years old, and since the first inspection we have waited over a month, with 80 F temperatures, for the replacement. It does not make any sense that a company like this, does not have more inventory or even a spare unit to help their customers while we wait. Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with this company. They only care about the sale and will not maintain any kind of service after that.

My dad’s drainage laundry pump stopped working and water was backing up in his laundry sink and washing machine. I googled plumbers in the area and started calling. The first number went to voice mail, the second number was out of service, the third and fourth numbers answered their phones with “Hello?”. I had to ask them if they were a plumbing company. Both said yes. The first guy said he couldn’t even talk to me about coming out because he wasn’t available for at least a week and a half. The second guy said he would have to have his boss call me because he didn’t make the decisions. The fifth plumbing company I called was Ideal Plumbers. They answered their phone right away “Hello this is Ideal Plumbing, how can I help you?”. Finally, a company with customer service! I explained what I needed and within minutes she told me they had the product in stock and a plumber would be out to fix it the next morning. I had some specific instructions for them about contacting me and bill payment because my dad has home support workers and they accommodated my requests without a problem. In less than 24 hours my dad’s plumbing problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company! Great service! Keep up the good work! I own a business in the trades myself and I know from experience that customer service is the number one priority for customers. They will even pay more if they can trust the company they are working with.
We purchased our home 8 years ago and during that time we have had Ideal Plumbing & Heating come to solve problems on three different occasions. The last one was today and John came by to repair a leaking kitchen sink. He was here previously to install a dishwasher. These people are professionals. They know what they're doing and the cost of their services represents good value. The best part is John the individual... years of experience, knows what he's doing and is a great human being. The kind of guy that you'd be happy to join at the pub to have a beer with. Need a plumber... you can't go wrong with Ideal Plumbing & Heating. Cheers, Paul M.
