I have tried to have 3 different items shipped from different retailers. Two from US and one from Costco. Never received any. One shipment I even had to pay Extra UPS Fees for Border customs They sent package back before it ever hit border. Never refunded my money. Another time showed up at noon twice at my office. Claimed we refused delivery. Third time they refused to change address. NEVER use UPS. If I use Any other courier I get my package. UPS never. I think their name stands for Undelivered Packages SpecialIty. This is my experience. Hope yours is better

Shipment never attempted to Brooks And status was changed to refused And ups customer service had no solution for this. In fact they wanted me to call sender Why would I reach sender when the mistake was done by UPS guy, and when I asked the guy on customer service number to let me speak with someone else or senior He kept my call on hold for 1hour 45 min no one showed up Very disappointing service, would try not to use ups ever again Thank you for wasting my 8 days.

Good place to go to if you have to ship something.Inexpensive shipping rates. The service was good even though the place was busy.
