I've worked with 3 different UPS stores in 5 years. This location has the best service. They notify you when new packages arrive, so I don't need to visit the store frequently. All questions are answered in detail. If I didn't move, I would definitely continue to work with this branch.
My order did not make it to its destination on time(paid for express). Will be 2 days late. Legal documents that had to be there. Store/manager take no responsibility. Frustrating.
So happy that I dropped into the UPS store here in Ladner-as I was running out of options to get packaging and shipping for my parcels. Thank goodness you were still open-and then I had such great service from your UPS Rep.-Anna .She made me feel at ease and definitely I left there less frazzled. Very efficient and cheerful. Evon
