Don't go by the hours stated online. Trying to get stuff shipped to the store, but the package keeps getting turned away. They need to work on their service before I'd ever purposeful send stuff through them.

The last time dealing with UPS. The delivery driver never shows up but but apparently he already made 2 attempts.. customer service hangs up on you when you call them about it. If there was a lower rating then 1 star that's what I would rate them. Never had an issue with FedEx before
I was apprehensive considering the reviews but my experience was excellent. I needed a package overnighted to BC and it was absolutely necessary for it to arrive the next day. The staff was kind, helpful and reassuring. The place was really quiet and could use some music to fill the void but other than that, it was great. As for UPS and it's costs that's another story but that has nothing to do with the store...it actually ended up being cheaper in store than the online quote so that was a bonus.

So apparently they close before 4:30 even though their hours state otherwise. Terrible management and staff dont care about customers. Definitely would never recommend UPS to anyone.
Terrible service, the hours Are terrible and online hours aren't right make sure you call before you go out of the way to stop by. Very frustrating. UPS is definitely nothing I'd recommend they lost my package.
Don't have the website say you are open until 9 on Fridays unless you actually are.
