They refinished a small wall-mounted dresser with a black lacquer finish. The quality of the work was excellent, like new. It was finished in a timely fashion and the price was reasonable.

The father son team was communicative, showed me the finishes and options. They arrange pink up & drop off for a reasonable charge and most importantly did an absolute awesome job. My father refinishes furniture out east so I’m not easily impressed.
I had them paint my daughter's bed frame and they did an amazing job. Delivered on time and great price. My daughter is going to be so happy.
Thao refinished a couple of my mid-century pieces that got damaged moving to Vancouver. He does not answer emails so I called him and discussed pricing to repair the pieces - when he came out to my place the repairs increased in price - I tried telling him that I was not willing to pay more than I quoted and he started yelling at me, in my own home, while threatening to not take the furniture. As the movers were taking my furniture away. I had to calm *him* down and get him to stop yelling at me. He had my furniture already on the truck, I had no choice at this point but to move forward with him and was fearful of every interaction from them on. When I got my furniture back, he only stained my dresser and did not put any type of varnish to protect it on top. So the dresser stain chipped almost immediately. The man also had the nerve to complain to me about how busy he was, like I was supposed to feel sorry for him. All in all, a horrible experience and I will have to refinish my dresser again.
So happy with the refinishing of our antique coat rack.
