I don't know who is driving this particular car, but he is a very rude and dodgy person. He steps on other people, ignoring them and blames others. He might be not is the boss of this company, but he represents the company when he cuts other cars and threatens pedestrians on this car. And I suppose this guy works the same way he behaves.

I am in year three with a pool installed by a company that went out of business the year after it was installed. Every year I am finding more issues with my pool. Terry Howald pools has continued to step up to address my issues and their service and understanding of my situation is nothing short of Great. I regret trying to save a few bucks when I installed my pool, I should have just paid the few thousand more and just gone with Terry Howald Pools from the get go. Word of advise to those shopping for a pool, going with the smaller cheaper business may cost you more in the long run, Terry Howald pools has been around for 40 years for a reason, its a serious investment.

This edit is after the company replied... Thank you for getting back to me. I appreciate that you and your team would not know how much water was behind the liner, but that is not really the issue. What you seem to not understand is that I asked for an estimate 3 different times and not once did anyone say our hourly rate is 160/hr and we will charge at least an hour. On top of that you left me waiting for almost three weeks before coming back. If someone had said we will charge 160/hr I would have called around and am pretty sure I would have been able to find another company that would charge less. As it stands I was never given an estimate or a chance to say yes or no to the price. Pretty basic concept in service, I would think. Charged me 160 an hour to pump water out from behind the liner. I called twice to ask them how much it would cost and they would not give me a price as the person on the phone needed to speak to the workers, and then when they arrived they did not give me an estimate for price and time. When opening the pool they found a lot of water behind the liner which was not their fault, but they took 3 weeks to come back, leaving me with a half opened pool. When I asked how much it would be I was originally told there might not be a charge, then they had to come back with a portable pump that they were going to leave running while they went to other calls, then I get an extra 160 added to my bill without telling me that there would actually be an hourly charge and what the hourly rate was. Brutal

Disclaimer: I'm not a client but my neighbour is. And I'm amazed at their service this year. I don't know what happened in 2020, but this company has been opening her pool for the ENTIRE month of June and it still isn't swimmable. They seem to come by every few days for a couple of minutes to an hour mess around and leave. The pool is still green!
