This is the store I got my phone at about a year ago they were helpful and treated me with respect the one on Cambie near best buy had some lady who treated me like just an Indian you know the way most retail stores treat first Nations and I was told that didn't happen but it did. I suggest going to this place as it's a good experience.

Would leave 0 stars if possible. This store has usually been solid, but upon receiving an offer from Telus to upgrade my phone for 0 on 75/month, and waiving the current device balance, found out that my bill would actually increase to over 100/month and I would be paying for my remaining device balance. I would also be paying 57 in taxes. Tax on 0 is 0. I am now a long time Telus customer looking to get out.
