I recommend that nobody do any business with Stones RV in New Glasgow or Sydney. We bought a 2019 Bullet 22 foot travel trailer in March of this year. We had a multitude of problems since the beginning. Fourteen to be exact. One trip to Halifax is all we could get out of it when the water heater didn’t work that was the straw that broke the camels back. We wanted to up grade to a better model . It was a 2018. Ours was a 2019. The price on both was the same. Jonathon Stone the owner said if we paid 5,000.00 we could be upgraded. That was completely unsatisfactory to us. My lawyer is now involved.

We were on a trip thru Nova Scotia. We had a slide cable problem on our motorhome. Stone’s RV was very helpful in fitting us into their schedule. Tim in service got us in right away and back on the road in less than 2 hours. And if that wasn’t enough….there was no “put the screws to the out of town folks” when it came to price. Their cost was actually a little cheaper than what I had paid at home last year for the similar fix!! Thank you Stone’s for saving the day and our trip!!

Partsman BRIAN went above and beyond in finding the correct part for me. The part that I originally selected fitted 90% of the applications, but Brian took extra time and effort to look up and dig into the issue and send me out with the correct part. My KUDOS to Stones RV!
