My mother is 90 years old and very healthy, all thanks to Dr. Ng. Dr. Ng is very old and could easily choose retirement but still does her best the help her patients. There is a shortage of family Dr's and I think she is going above and beyond. Enough said, if you are patient and want years of experience. She can provide you with a very long healthy life.

If i could give this office 0 stars i would. Horrible staff i had an appointment for 1:20pm waited for 2 hours before getting up and leaving but before that my husband had complained and the doctor came out and started arguing with us. She had the nerve to ask other patients that were waiting for 3 hours before us if they minded if we went in before them and my husband responded telling her thats not fair for them. They basically said if we dont want to wait to leave and go somewhere else which we did. I would never let incompetant idiots deliver my child
The wait time here takes at least 1hr-1/2 hr regularly (weekday or weekends) after making an appointment. The doctor is rude and impatient. When additional questions (about the same sickness), she gets annoyed easily and suggests you to see other physicians instead. I don’t recommend this doctor and would suggest seeing other doctors who are more caring and knowledgeable instead.
The doctor and receptionists have been and are still actively being a great help.....
Doesn't care about patient. Can see you the first day and not remember a thing the next day. Get easily agitated when you have any questions or concerns for your own health. If you don't want to get mentally abused don't see her. Receptionist also incompetent. Failed to call in when test result shows issue.
