This is a last resort type of company, high prices and service with attitude seems to be their official company motto. Do yourself a favor and check out their competitors online. I had been purchasing certain items from Wainbee for many years until I found an American company that absolutely blows Wainbee away for both price and service. They are a much smaller company than Wainbee, but yet are selling the exact same items (part numbers) for half the price (and that is after accounting for USD exchange rate, duties, and shipping). Heck the savings are so great that I can even afford to pay for overnight shipping and still come out WAY ahead verus Wainbee.
