I recently dealt with Kelly Cook on the purchase of a new Samsung Washer and Dryer. Kelly treated me and my son with the greatest respect answered all our questions and definitely went above and beyond in representing Trail Appliances. We are most grateful for her help. On our return to finalize the purchase Kelly was on her days off and the gentleman who took over the sale was equally as great as Kelly and credited Kelly with the sale.. Overall a pleasant experience.

Update since my last post, Trail finally contacted me after a week of me trying to get a hold of someone about my damaged dryer. It wasn't until I posted here to Google Reviews and Yelp that I finally got some assistance. I was able to get a new dryer delivered and installed within a couple of days. Trail waived the delivery fee and installation and refunded me the original 25 delivery fee which I appreciate. In the end I am happy with the product, however in future I would not likely shop at this location due to the frustrating customer service experience.

Dealt with Mohan over the phone and found him very knowledgeable and helpful regarding replacing our failed ten year old microwave and its custom trim kit. Purchased the oven we required later the same day in the store. Mohan was able to get us a unit that afternoon even though they were technically 'out of stock'. As always, very happy with Trail Appliances and today's service in particular.

My dryer broke and was referred by a friend to this store and was realy surprised on how accomodating and welcoming they are as soon as we entered the store. Their showroom is really nice and well organized. Mr. Kash Rauf took care of everything and all the transactions went well without any problem. He is very knowledgeable about everything I asked and even kind enough to give us discount on our purchase even without us asking. The delivery is free of charge for certain items and installation is priced reasonably. They did not charge me for the disposal of my old items so I do not have to worry about getting rid of them. Overall a very good experience and would recommend them to everyone.
