I'm very, very happy with Primo Heat. I was able to get an appointment time quickly and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem with my furnace wasn't immediately discernable, but after carefully narrowing down the options, he figured out the problem AND had the parts to fix it right away! Boom! I'll definitely be using Primo Heat in any other related services I need in the future.

I had a great experience with Primo Heat! It was a hot day and my heat pump had stopped working. I hesitantly called them around 9pm cuz their company sticker is on the enclosure of the heat pump. I left a brief voice mail and Dave returned my call next morning. He was very polite and professional; and offered to come and take a look the same day. Around 6pm, Dave called to confirm one of their guys Briton was coming. Briton was very knowledgeable and quickly replaced the start cap. They were very accommodating with my needs and their rates are competitive. I would not hesitate to use their services again.
Never having met Dave nor heard of Primo Heat - I called Dave on a Friday night after my hot water tank packed it in. Dave was courteous, polite and immediately went to work assisting us. The Primo Heat installers were most efficient and before I knew it had installed a new tank at a great price. To add icing I experienced a drop in hot water pressure that I thought was related but turned out not too be. Dave's guys showed up and fixed the problem for me at no charge. Thanks Dave - appreciate the fabulous service.
My furnace died on a Saturday. What made it worse was, we experienced a drop in the outside temperature, which greatly affected the inside temperature. I informed my dad regarding this problem, he promptly supplied an electric heater and contacted Dave, the owner of Primo Heat. He responded within an hour to that call, which was excellent service. When Dave arrived, he assessed the situation, gave us the information on a high efficiency Lennox furnace, a brochure and price. He also supplied 3 electric heaters to help maintain some heat in the house until the new furnace was operational. On Monday morning he sent in two of his installers, Matt and Kyle, who were highly qualified in their profession. The first thing they did was to lay a tarp on the floor which went from the garage to the furnace room. They were very polite, and did a fantastic job! They also cleaned up everything, swept the floor, and took away all of the old furnace debris, which was a big relief for me. Dave showed up at the end of the installation to check everything. He set my new thermostat and explained how to program it. The personalized service that Dave and his team provided was superb! I highly recommend Primo Heat for anyone who has a furnace problem or is in need of a new furnace. They will look after you! I am a very happy, satisfied customer! Thank-you!! Carol P
