Reserved online for a group of nineteen. Staff were prompt with communication to place a 50% hold on my credit card. Note: they didn't charge my card, just placed a hold. Made it very easy when it came time for each player to pay. I didn't have to worry about trying to figure out how much everyone owed. The seating and viewing areas are small so be prepared to stand and it gets quite loud in the entrance area. There are vending machines but they take only change despite appearing to take cards. Kids had an AWESOME time! We will definitely book again!

They let the kids run amuck and their rules state 1) NO RUNNING, also my gun wasn't working properly & I never got a free game or anything when I went outside to the ref? His response was \Oh your gun is broken\ my score was -5000
Absolutely no covid practices in places, way beyond 50% capacity, lied about sanitizing vests after we asked them to, no masks or gloves , 25 people packed into the small room and everyone continued to switch vests after each round.
Overall this was a good experience. We had a youth night planned for our youth ministry here and there were just a few notes I wanted to make. Positives: -Overall, upon our arrival, the staff member that registered us in was overall very friendly. -We were able to play our games for the planned game time -We were well reminded before the event beforehand over the phone of the game time and promoted to confirm numbers (helped us with planning) -They allowed us to leave our pizza boxes in the room for them to clean up afterwards. -Game rules were clear -Games were fun, students seemed to really enjoy it Negatives (Growth areas): -As a service, it would have been appreciated to have a quick guide up to the rooms to view them beforehand. -We were originally given Party Room 1 which was one of the small rooms. Since we were originally booking about 40 people, I found it interesting we were suggested to have such a small room. -When I asked for a bigger space with the amount of students we had, they said we could have rooms 2 & 3, which was GREAT! -However, when we went upstairs, there was a much larger room (as seen in the posted picture) that would have worked great too keep our youth group all together for our pizza after. -We didn't notice that room till the end, but it would have been nice for us to be considered for that room. -The vest I was personally using, as well as a couple others didn't have the sounds/vibrations working. Not a huge deal since the lasers worked, but it did take away from some elements of the experience. Summary: -Overall good experience, will likely book again in the future. -Staff were for the most part friendly, however, over the phone, and some ways that the staff expressed themselves came across as disinterested or that they weren't really wanting to give us a above and beyond experience. -Great game, good music selection, helpful staff when asked questions.
Called and they said they were open until 9. We showed up at 720 and they were already closed early. Staff said open till 9 door said open till 8 and they were already closed 40 min early at least.
