I worked with the Sale Rep named \Slim\ and he was amazing. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and he was very honest with me. He took time to explain the difference of the trims and the pricing difference. I appreciated his knowledge and his support. In the finance department, I was met by Ronita and she was amazing. She worked really hard to ensure my financing was within my budget. I felt I was able to be honest with her and as a result she went to bat for me. A trait I've never experienced at a dealership before. It was all in all a great experience at Ocean Park Ford and I will recommend Ocean Park and Slim to my family and friends moving forward.

Recently bought a new Ford Transit at Ocean Park Ford. The sales experience from when I first walked in the door, to when I eventually drove away with the new truck, was nothing short of exceptional. Ali, the salesman I was dealing with, was extremely patient, very knowledgeable (in the pros and the cons), and I genuinely got the feeling that my needs were first and foremost. His value proposition is not often found in vehicle sales. Honesty in sales is a dying trait, so it was refreshing to deal with someone who wasn't just trying to get another sale. I was able to, without any pressure, do my research, figure out my numbers and take my time in making my decision. I drove away feeling satisfied with the product I purcahsed and the investment I made. The entire team at Ocean Park Ford was very helpful, polite, knowledgeable and generally provided a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to anyone. So we bought a maintenance package on our new F-150. First time I came in for an oil change and tire rotation it was 45 minutes. I thought, okay, that's great..... Not too bad at all. Now I'm in for a second one and it's 2 hours! That's not good! I guess next time I will have to make very sure that I book it in on a day when they can assure me a 45 minute oil change..... I am just used to Mr Lube . . I was willing to go from a 15 minute oil change at a drive-thru to a dealer oil change for 45 minutes but 2 hours is over the top.
