Prompt, scheduled service only a few days after booking. Prompt, friendly and competent counter service. Job done to satisfaction, with a cost below quote. No real customer service lounge at this time that was a bit of a letdown. However I was able to wait on site and speak to the advisor twice with updates. one of the reasons I chose Hallmark Ford was that they support our paramedics with many years of reliable service to that agency.

What led me to Hallmark Ford was my search for a 2020 King Ranch Expedition MAX. Minutes within this Expedition being listed on their new inventory I filled out the web form and my relationship began with them. Paul Cho immediately called me and I explained this was the vehicle I needed and to please hold it for me. At the end of the call Paul had outlined all my questions and concerns and explained to me he would get back to me in a days. The next day Paul called me and had all my answers. Low and behold I am now the owner of my 2020 King Ranch Expedition MAX. The attention, care, and knowledge Paul gave me is beyond appreciated. I cannot emphasize enough how great he was to deal with and I will always refer him to anyone looking to pursue business with a Ford dealership.
