The lady who helped me, her name is Kaylyn was beyond helpful. She made sure my package was not in the warehouse and tried to contact the driver who had the package in his truck. She took my number down and told me she would call once she heard where the package will be delivered. I unfortunately missed her two calls, first was to let me the package would be delivered today before 6 and the second call was to let me know the package had arrived at the holding place and she even called the holding place to make sure it was there. I tried to call the warehouse to thank her for all the help she gave me but every number I had went to the robot call center. I really wish I could thank her personally, she helped immensely.

I want to point out that the person who assisted me at the depot was friendly and helpful. My issue was that FedEx tried to deliver a package to my house once - yet say it's the final attempt and they will contact the sender immediately. No date or time was stamped on the slip they left. My package was taken to a depot that was the furthest southern pick up point. I looked online there were at least 7 other places closer to my address. I questioned why it was dropped off so far away, and this prompted a response from the woman beside me who was wondering the same thing. The employee's answer was that the driver's don't stop at every depot on their way back to drop off their truck. So, where the driver parks for the night is where your package ends up. Convenient for the driver, not at all for the customer.

Service was quick. Every one was following covid protocol except employees. I really don't understand why I have to come that far to collect my item. Why they didn't drop close to my home.

It happens all too often that my husband and/or I are sitting at home all day and get no notification until we go to our building's front door that fedex had \attempted delivery.\ Some of the drivers from this depot don't seem to even try to buzz or knock or get in touch with people, they just leave the tag on the front door and go. It's frustrating and disappointing because I order things to my home in a pandemic so I don't have to huff it across town. All we are asking as your clients is that you have your delivery people at least do the bare minimum of buzzing or knocking on doors to try to get our packages to us. Please feel free to contact me about this. I would be happy to help you in any way that I can to improve your services to the people.
