the worst service ever. I was waiting for my package for almost 2 two weeks. when called the location, I was told that the delivery person attempted 3 times to deliver and gave me one day to pickup or they'll return it back to the sender. if the delivery person used his common sense, I had provided my phone number with the address. if he took the time to just give me a call, I wouldn't have to wait for my package for two weeks plus I need to a cab to go for the pickup since I don't have a car. their service sucks big time. a waist of time

Efficient but miserable service. Super abrupt, didn't even offer to help me carry the 40 lb box I was struggling with, cut me off midsentence twice. On a lighter note, heaven help you if you get a call from Fed Ex that your package rerouted here. It gave me a belly laugh twice over. The robot voice in the voicemail gives the address SO FAST it took me and two coworkers eight times listening through the long winded message to get it written down. Every other number was given at a standard pace but the address was a good four times faster than normal. We were laughing hysterically, and again when, after that struggle, we looked it up on Google maps and found out there are six places with the same address. Well. That was a highlight at least.
Horrible service, they attempted to ship my package 3 times and never learnt their lesson when it comes to the note that said, “ring on the door bell” I was suppose to get it delivered today which is what the lady on the phone told me yesterday but it never came because apparently 3 attempts is the max. They don’t make up for their mistakes by attempting again, customer service isn’t the 1st thing on their list. Focus on the customer, and learn how to have proper internal communication.
I was given good service here when shipping paperwork overseas. I definitely recommend FedEx for any overseas shipping
I don't know what are the feedex doing as i paid my all payment but untill i don't get my parcel and the agent will not picking my phone i don't know what happened i really disappointed with the service of feedex and i never use their service again in future
