I have called Paul out a few times for service on my washer and dryer, and I was very impressed, both with his quick response/arrival to my call, and his knowledgeable diagnosis and expert repair of my machines. Paul has that great customer service quality that few people genuinely possess. He immediately set my mind at ease and I felt 100% confident that I’d found a repairman I could trust in. Being a single person who is responsible for every expenditure in my house; being on a limited budget; and whose knowledge of machines and motors etc isn’t very extensive, I find that I feel somewhat vulnerable when at the mercy of mechanics, repairmen, etc! But not at these service calls! Paul made sure that he kept me well-informed with every step of the process; gave options that were cost effective for me; and made the experience a no-problem, no-pressure one. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone seeking appliance repair, and he will be my only repairman from now on! I used Eco Appliance Repair to have my washer fixed. We had tried fixing the issue ourselves with no luck and expected to pay quite a bit to have it addressed, thankfully we found Paul. He suggested a cheaper alternative to fix our issue, which worked, and saved us hundred of dollars. I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend Eco Appliance Repair and will use them in the future.
I called Eco Appliance on Friday afternoon and Paul (the owner) was able to squeeze me in for the next day for a dryer repair. Although it was an easy fix, Paul came in prepared and was professional, gave me some advice and overall very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend Eco Appliance any day and will definitely call Paul for his services again!
Paul was our technician and he contacted us back right away after leaving a message inquiring about repairing our dishwasher and garburator. He’s a lifesaver! He came that same morning and repaired both appliances we needed fixed. He’s really knowledgeable, efficient and got the job done well!
