Really bad customer service. Waited forever as a phone call came in while I was being helped. Return policy is abysmal, essentially better like what you buy or else you won't be getting your money back if you open it. I have issues with this company as a whole and will drive out of my way to support their competitors.

I will give zero if I can. I ordered two fishing rod for pickup this morning. The tip of both of them were broken. I tried to return them and buy a new one. However, they have a power outage. The staff told me to waited 20-30 minutes to work again. I waited for have an hour. The staff told me to wait another half an hour.

wicked .. walked in. guy hooked me up with a credit card instantly . walked out the store not having to pay a cent until I get my card in the mail in 5 days.. as if I needed another credit card. persistent Lil salesman aren'tcha

This should be a big fat ZERO rating. Placed an online order for in-store pick up on Dec. 19. Two items were in stock at the time. Immediately received Confirmation email and was told to pick up by Dec. 21, but to wait for confirmation email that the order was ready to be picked up. My credit card was charged for the payment. Dec. 21, still no email confirming order was ready to pick up. Called the store and was told the item was out of stock. No one followed up to inform me of this. Was told the item was available at the Cambie St. Vancouver store. I said I wasn't driving to Cambie street for the item. I asked for a refund, was told 4-5 days. I said that if I had come in to the store to return an item it wouldn't take 5 days to get the refund. I said there were 2 available when I ordered it and I had already been charged for the item. The person transferred me to someone else who told me that my order was on hold and I would receive the item when it came in. I said that wasn't acceptable as it was for Christmas and asked again about the refund. She told me that only one person handled that and he wasn't in the store today, that it would be 2 days before I get my refund. This is wholly unacceptable. My account shouldn't have been charged until the item had been picked for me, and it shouldn't take 2 or 4 or 5 days to get my money back. Total failure! Update: Received an email informing me that my order was cancelled as the item was no longer available and that my method of payment had not been charged. I checked my bank account and sure enough the payment was reversed. While I'm pleased that this matter is now resolved, I'm no less dissatisfied with the entire experience. I'll let them have the One star rating for having solved the problem.
