Clean and helpful staff. Good range of fresh and frozen meat. However, I cannot get over how expensive the meat is. Maybe that’s because I’ve just moved from the UK where you get a lot more for similar pricing but it just doesn’t seem right to me. I’m going to shop around but this is my only issue with Al Salam. Everything else is spot on.

Had a good experience here buying lamb shoulder. The cut was excellent, with very little fat. Customer service was friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of products for sale in the store, although not everything is covered. Was not able to find some spices needed for a Middle Eastern recipe, but there are enough shops with a handful of km to gather what I needed.

People do not respect social distancing and the cassier serve people who ignore to line up and the respect the distanciation and COVID protocole! When asked he said is not his business because people need to protect themselves! When pointed that he is the one who supposed to make sure that clients are safe in the store , he replied that he only care about taking money! He is a cashier only! What a response!!!

Very friendly customer service, always I find a smile at the face of the owner and guy at the cashier. I always find all what I need in there, I like the guy the meat cutter, he is good and knows meat. Although not all of them at the back knows meat. But very happy from them 25 years age we have to go to gramazon farm and Slater our beef in order to have halal meat.
