Arrogance and Ignorance. Horrible Experience, Disgusting customer service. Extremely rude and unfriendly staff. We had booked a court 5 days in advance over the phone. I asked if I need to make a payment in advance to confirm the reservation and was told I can pay when I get there. When we reached there we waited more than 20 mins in the small waiting room with alot of other people. We were more than 25 mins past our reservation time and no one has showed up. Finally a lady named Lia arrived and said they are fully booked and could not honor my reservation. Spoke to the manager named Lisa, but she was equally horrible. Would not recommend going there. This is a cheap place so do not expect anything.

Great facilities and great people to play badminton with. They are installing new badminton flooring mats in September. Summers during the day are busy with school daycare kids, so summers there are only two drop-in courts available for walk-in and members. It is air conditioned. Hours of operation are good.

Reasonably good matted courts. I was able to book a court on the weekend 1 day in advance. They do have shoe rentals @ 3 a pair. If you are a non member you pay a guest fee of 3 per person. All in all reasonably good courts. The reception area gets crowded and has little space to move around with everyone changing shoes. Communication with front desk can be a bit challenging too.
