Only got one star because I couldn't give them 0. Worst customer service experience, will not be spending another dime in this store if I can help it. My wife bought me a bike for a gift, after riding it for a season, started to have some issues. Had a friend who knows bikes look at it the following spring, showed the problem in the bottom bracket of the bike, explained that this issue could only be created at time of assembly. Took the bike back to the store as still under warranty (just a couple days short of one year, but the bike has a one year warranty on it) . As time went by and not hearing back, I called and was told that the bike had been abused (it clearly had not). After talking to numerous employees, and being given separate reasons for the bike not being warrantied (It had been abused, we think someone else has worked on it, you brought it back one week before the warranty was up), all of which were bogus reasons, I called the corporate customer service number, and they told me the store manager would contact me.......Never did. Filled out a complaint online.....Received an automated response with no further follow up. Finally, I picked the bike up after missing a whole season of riding, and took it to a local bike shop where they looked after me, showing that it was a defective part from time of assembly, and an item that should definitely have been covered under warranty. I shopped at Canadian Tire faithfully, but have tried to shop at their stores as little as possible since, and will be avoiding this location in particularly. A little customer service could have gone a long ways. I'm not one to complain, especially publicly, but want to make it known what lack of customer service was given.

If you care about the condition of your car do not take it to them for service. I made the mistake of getting my winter tires from them and mounted. My rims where covered in excess black grease and and 2 of my mag rims where damaged see attached photo.

Ordered for curbside pickup and got confirmation it was ready to pickup. Drove over to the store after checking the hours on google and Canadian Tire's website. 8am-9pm. I got there at 8pm and the place was deserted. I tried calling the store and there is a recording that says they are open 8am-6pm now. Which is fine, but update your hours. Also, the cops came and knocked on my window after I wrote this review in your parking lot to ask why I was loitering. So thanks for that.

Bought a set of glass bowls. Got them home and found one of the bowls was cracked. I called back and was told that they didn't have the staff to do an exchange on the weekend. Call back Monday and it would be taken care of. When I called back I was told to dont do exchanges because I can't sign the paperwork. If I can receive a package outside I can certainly sign paperwork. On top to that the people I talked to (including a manager) were rude. Not gonna pretend I was nice by the end of the call either but don't waste people's time. Inform your staff so they know whats going on. And don't give attitude when customers are confused after being told 2 different things.

It has everything you would expect Canadian Tire to have, as well as an enclosed hockey net for testing out some crazy expensive sticks :)
