I am a patient of Dr. Thimm and i have to say the open mindedness, willingness, and intelligence of Dr. Thimm is phenomenal, byfar the best doctor I have ever had the oppurtunity to be a patient of, I have had no issues whatsoever with this facility or with Dr. Thimm. 5 stars for sure, really dont know why the ratings are low for the facility as a whole but my experience was always great. 100%

Great staff and the reception is always so friendly!
Been there 4 times, and they don't do anything about anything. Most of my appointment time that I wait weeks for gets spent on them refusing to do anything and explaining why I'm dumb for asking without ever bothering to hear me out. Like I'm okay with getting turned down, if they at least heard me out BEFORE dismissing everything. I hate this place intensely. Google is a better doctor.
Dr.Prout is one of the Best Doctors in our area ,we are lucky to have him and his team.There are very helpfull and friendly
I have never had an issue with my dr and his recent fill ins. They have all been great, taking my families health problems seriously and getting stuff looked after promptly. The nurse has also been nothing but kind and caring. She tries her best to be on top of things. The front desk area I feel needs a little boost at times .but other than that they have all been great in my experience.
