I’ve always love walking into this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I love that they know who I am (I may go a bit too much!). Well, today, after I chose a toner that made my hair too brassy for my liking, and T18 ash toner didn’t lift enough, Sarah gave me the best tip...purple shampoo on DRY hair. It worked!!! Thank you, Sarah!!! And a shout out to all the other ladies there who have helped me along my journey to be my own hairdresser ;)

I bought hair dye from them, used it and it didn't show up at all in my hair. Went back to return it and they were very kind and offered to do a refund or an exchange. We exchanged it for a different hair dye brand. Very kind and helpful staff. I would recommend Sally Beauty to people who enjoy beauty products.
