It’s always great fun however with the pandemic there needs to be better organization. We were all in a line for an hour and a half jammed in. If you needed to leave the line you had to try and get past the 50 or more people also standing in line. The cashier said it would be 30 min wait but it was actually almost 2 hours!

Im a bigger guy, and the double kart my son and I rode in was in extremely rough shape, slower than a , and was overlapped three times by others before running out of gas and quitting before the end of my 15min time slot. The service was impeccable, however, and the atmosphere is on point. We as a family are avid thrill seekers, so this wasn't the place to get our speed addiction relief. We should have did the mini putt.
Fun for our 10 year old (single driver) and 7 year old (double kart)! Unfortunately there was no safety explanation for the kids and none really knew to stay in their lane/how to pass safely.
The place started out great but, I had to wait for 1 hr 30 mins in line. The. I got on the Kart and the road was very bumping and the seats weren't comfy. I bought 2 tickets and each run is 15 minutes, so then we'd get 30 mins. In between the 15 mins they clean the karts. I finished my first ticket, then I told the workers that I can wait 5 mins as they clean the karts then I would go again, BUT THEY ASKED US TO WAIT IN LINE AGAIN (For 1hr 30 mins). So we asked for a refund but they said they don't do refunds. Someone who was beside us said that she bought 9 tickets and she had to pay 100 or more dollars. They didn't allow a refund. Me and my family decided to never comeback to that place. I don't recommend it.
Showed up at 6:15 to play a quick round of mini-golf. Cash was already closed and was told we couldn't play as they needed to close for 7. Important information such as this needs to be on their website. What an unfortunate end to an Ottawa institution. Will not be back.
Had a great time here with my kids! Nice to kind of go out but still manage to socially distance. I have toddlers and you can ride with them! My Cars loving son was nuts for it.
OMG, what a HOOT!!! This old lady had a blast with her grandchildren!!! The staff was professional and friendly and the go-karts worked well and track was in good shape.
