My recent experience at Stampede Toyota is exceptional. These are great guys helping customers to ensure satisfaction! The manager at Stampede Toyota (Adam Boyd) cares about customer satisfaction and follows up to address concerns. I have had previous concerns regarding my order but he was able to adequately address it to my satisfaction. Dave at the Parts Department diligently listen to customer, adequately answer questions, and addresses clarifications, and concerns. He is such a great person with outstanding customer service. Jim and Tim at the Service Department are good at what they do! Jim is very supportive to customers. He carefully listened to you and do due diligence to make sure that you are satisfied. My Toyota’s battery ran flat and was unusable due to some lights left on for a while and I called the service department to help. It was a busy moment at this dealership and the lady I spoke with on phone said that it might take about 24 hours to check the battery after drop off. I arrived at Stampede Toyota with the battery and luckily again, I met Jim who immediately called one of their technicians to perform a test on the battery. The great technician recommended buying a new battery which I did at their Part Department. Tim and the technician who performed a maintenance check on my car this week also made great recommendations to ensure that I’m safe driving my car. I couldn’t ask for more than the recent excellent customer service I had at Stampede Toyota! Great job guys! Keep the great work going!
