Punctured a tire while driving by the area on the 401. They got me in immediately and we're able to replace the tire with a new one and get me back on the road in less than an hour from when I called them for a decent price

CT is decent, just research your item. Some things are great/good quality and some not so much. For home use I find most of their tools are great. Lifetime warranty that they do stand behind. I've had a few items replaced under their warranty. I would not take my car to get repaired there, never had good luck with that so will never go back.

I tried to fit an apple core in this garbage at the White oaks CTC. When I entered the store I said to the woman at Customer Service...\just wanted you to know that the garbage was overflowing\ Her response to me was \wouldn't you know there is no one to empty it\. Unbelievable...No words!
