Will hold onto your package for days after being processed. When they says it delivers day day it is processed Thats false advertising.
Needs at least one day a week open later so people who work can get their mail and parcels. The staff are quite rude. If you dont want to deal with the public, dont work at the post office. To be fair, there was one time I went and was happy with the service, every other time it's like they hate their life and they're taking it out on customers. Too bad we cant take our business elsewhere!
How can I pick up my parcel when I work in London Monday to Friday 9-5 and you're closed Saturday and Sunday? Absolutely ridiculous
