Absolutely fantastic staff top to bottom, always willing to go the extra mile to make their customers happy! Their stock selection is beyond the best in town. By far the best Canadian tire in this city. We pass by our local Canadian Tire to visit this one which is another 15 minutes out the highway. Never disappointed.

Brutal, just brutal. Absolutely no physical distancing taking place. The aisles are so narrow there is barely enough room for your shopping cart, not that there were any shopping carts to be had. They must have added additional racking because none of the others are as claustrophobic. Shelves are so high you can't see where the other departments are located. On the bright side the staff member monitoring the checkout queue was spreading the goodness and our cashier was very friendly.
The worst auto repair service in town. I went there with a small issue, they worked for 3 hrs and charged me 400. The problem came back immediately. I went back and they said I need some expensive parts to fix that. I went to a different mechanic next day. They fixed it within an hr and charged me only 80. AVIOD this place.
Great customer service. And I never gave a problem finding what I need there.
Beware of the auto service section. Every 2 years I venture in by mistake and am promptly reminded why I try to avoid coming here. Only good is the Wifi in the waiting room. Staff is arrogant and do not care if a 10 minute job takes hours. They say it will be done soon. A couple of hours later they will still say it will be done soon. If you express your displeasure they say you can take your keys and leave. Truly rude service. Except for Tim. Tim is very polite.
