We had bought a second-hand door with a lock without keys and were so happy with the friendly service at Pinder's where they came out to our car and carried the door inside to make new keys. Very prompt service and loved finding key choices that had a musical logo appearance.

I am compelled to let you know how very impressed and completely satisfied I am with the work done on my front door lock set by your serviceman, Marcello. He went out of his way to find an inside handle to fit a dated but still useful and attractive front entrance lock set. He wasn’t satisfied until it worked as well or better than when it was new - no easy task! How very rare it is to find that sort of dedication and workmanship done in such a friendly, congenial and competent manner. He is a genuine credit to Pinders . . . . . . and a definite keeper!
I was out walking the dog and came across a Medeco key on the ground with Pinder's embossed on it. I called them up and they were more than willing to help get the key back to the home owner. Dropped it off in store. Hopefully everything works out for the home owner! Thanks Pinder's for helping!
