I had an appointment booked here and I’ve never gotten my dog groomed before but this is where I buy his food so thought I would give it a try. They didn’t tell me I needed to bring rabies vaccine paperwork in order to get my dog groomed so he was unable to get groomed that day (even though it has the date he got vaccinated on his collar and he’s only 1 year old, it’s obviously not expired). The staff here are not friendly at all and I ended up crying about it and I would feel uncomfortable leaving my dog with them in the future. Also have heard of grooming horror stories from this store, don’t get your dog groomed here. We will go somewhere cheaper and where the staff have real experience.

Brought my son there the other day to get some dog food thought I'd bring my camera \ I'm a photographer\ get some pictures right..! while we were there my son enjoyed his visit looking through dog clothes really cool outfits for pets . stop to see some of the small animals not too many at this moment in November 2020 I'm sure because of the covid thing. but the store was not crowded it seems they have taken precautions so not too many animals are in stock that I have seen but still plenty of supplies. they have measurements on the floor for social distancing and still smiling faces on the customer service. all in all really good visit for me and my son...️
Very Helpful on the Phone, was able to make an order instead of calling customer service to get my credit card to go through. Friendly curb-side pick up and fast. Good service as always
I recently bought a black kitten from pets smart. The Kitten is now 4 months old. She is looking healthy and eating well. She was only eating wet food but now she’s starting to eat dry food.
Had our dog complete the beginner obedience class. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for training for their puppy/dog. The classes were very useful and Caleb, the trainer was awesome and super informative and we're excited to sign up for more classes
