Terrible customer service. Never call to let you know what's going on with your wheelchair repairs. They said 10:30 for it return. Had to call at 12:29 to find out they are delayed. A courtesy call would be easy and appreciated. The wheelchair is 12,000 dollars, a car company wouldn't treat you this bad. Very disappointed. They just assumed I had nothing else to do. I do!

I called Motion because I had to order some medical supplies for my Mother very suddenly. Jessica assured me everything would run smoothly and I was so thankful for that during these stressful times. The quote was put together quickly and I was grateful for Laurie's knowledgable hand in that. The money exchange was efficient and easy, I didn't even have to be present for anything. Pat and Brandon were fast and professional setting up the lift chair, they even helped me take the old chair outside. I called Motion at 10am on Thursday and everything I ordered was delivered and set up in her home by 10am Friday. Thank you Motion!

I had a tire on my manual wheelchair pop this morning. I called Motion and dealt with Jessica, who helped me figure out what tire I needed and found a solution for me the very same day! Very impressed with their service. I have also dealt with Cam for a new cushion and he has provided excellent service. I know I can count on Motion when something breaks on my chair!
The staff were great - willing to answer our multiple questions and providing really helpful information. The delivery team was courteous and professional and we are very pleased with the quality of the item that we purchased.
