I visited this location and was pleasantly surprised by there vast majority of choices of styles and colours in decor, furniture and rugs. Most important their great customer service. Emily was my cashier and was very helpful and so polite and friendly even though it was a little after their closing time and I had a return to do. Awesome experience overall!

Many pieces in my home are from the SC store. Yes prices have climbed but they also are bringing in more exclusive or interesting pieces and products. Clean great staff. Certain departments need work. Ie more inventory. But it’s rolling in. It’s a great environment overall. The management work hard as do the cashiers.
Amazing store. I live in Brampton and if you compare this one to mine ours is trash. This one has such good variety in everything. I just bought a new house and I did all the decoration shopping from here. You should definitely go here
Like this store - always manage to find unusual merchandise for the home. Friendly, helpful and well run. Good assortment.
Disappointing visit today. Couldn't find anything I wanted. Prices seemed a bit higher. I went especially to get an apron as a gift. I remember when they used to have a big row of cute, different aprons on hangers. Today there were only four ugly ones that weren't hanging properly and were all creased. Perhaps things will improve when Covid is over.
Has everything you love with good value and a lot of parking lots
I couldn't get out of there fast enough. The store was absolutely packed and they were not controlling how many people entered like all the other stores in the mall were doing. There were so many people you couldn't distance from anyone, people were bumping into me left, right, and center. I wont shop there again until COVID is over, it's not safe.
Had some weirdo follow me around the store for 15 minutes. By the time I found an employee on the floor I lost sight of the guy. Ruined my shopping experience completely as I found myself darting down aisle and going across the store to avoid him only to find him around or right behind me. I left abruptly and sat in my car for 10 minutes looking to see if this weirdo had follow me to the car. A tip for the employees If there is a 50 year old man alone walking around homesense not looking at merchandise but following woman around please question them as to why they are there.
