Great customer service on the shipper's end! I had purchased a FedEx Ground sticker but could not print it at home, so they just gave me an email and printed it off at the depot. Further, they offered tape if I had any loose ends on my box. Of course, the package successfully made it to the recipient

Paid 30 for overnight shipping as the package I needed was importance to arrive as soon as possible... its been more than 2 days still didn't get my package. They said someone from head office would call me so I can go pick up my package... still no one has called. To not even mention the automated secretary that is impossible to go through a live representative. So fed up with FEDEX! WILL NEVE ORDER OR SEND A PACKAGE WITH THEM EVER!!!!! 0 stars!!!!!!

I went to pick up two packages. The facility was very clean and very modern. The staff was super friendly. Unfortunately, my package slip did not contain all the proper information, but the staff was super helpful, and many of them assisted me. It was a short wait before they corrected the problem and I was on my way with my packages. Thanks guys!

Consistent dissapointment at this location. Poor to no communication between location and drivers (came to prepay customs and duties just to have the driver give me a hassle that it hadn't been paid even though instructed to leave at door) to avoid this confusion I decided to call ahead and paid the customs and ask for the next package to be held at the location. Package arrives 1.24pm Friday, I go in at 4pm, they tell me they haven't been able to sort the packages and to come try back on Monday...avoiding FedEx as much as possible going forward. Sad to see this praise of customer service on the reviews for simply doing their job and getting few people's package on time.
