I went into Sallys today looking for a curling iron and as soon as I walked in, I was greeted rudely and the older lady (possible manager) working at the front proceeded to correct me when I said I was looking for a hair curler. Another customer came in and was asking the lady at the front about a product and the woman working was extremely short and rude with the customer. The customer had an accent and the lady working was treating her terribly and seemed to have a bias against her. At this point I overheard everything and the whole exchange made me very uncomfortable and I left. I will not be giving my money to a store who is blatantly bullying their customers due to a language barrier. Will not be shopping here again. Save your money, go somewhere not racist.

I like this Sally's. It's kind of out of the way so never too busy. Clean and easy to navigate. The manager, though, acts very strangely if you need to process a return. We were very polite about getting some money refunded that we were overcharged for, but the manager kept staring us down while loudly telling the employee "It's not your fault." Like... Okay... We didn't accuse her or get mad, this is really uneccessary... Otherwise, a great store. Manager (or shift supervisor, idk) just needs to cool it a bit.

I was in the st albert location a couple days ago around 5pm. There was a girl working who was extreamly helpful. I was in looking for a good leave in conditioner, and she walked me thru pretty much every single one they had! I couldnt decide which one to buy so i bought 2 kinds. (One of which she recommended) i fell in love with the one she said, It is perfect for my hair. We talked about my hair type and she gave me some really useful tips on how to care for my hair better to avoid the issues i have. Ive been using those tips since i talked to her and can say im grateful for what she told me! Its been working like a charm and has made a huge difference in just a couple days!! I cant remember her name but she was awesome!

There are a couple girls there that are great but one of them who is the manager is rude and not easy to deal with. Stood staring at me while I was looking for a product and was of no help so I finally just said I would look myself. It was never offered for the 5 minutes she was with me to have her open the product so I could look at it. I bought it and opened it in my car and it was not at all what the packaging said so I brought it back in to return. I was then informed for future purchases to ask as they would now have to throw this out. Just not pleasant to deal with and this has happened a couple times with her. Makes shopping there very unpleasant.

They let too many people into the store at once, the isles were too crowded to maintain social distancing. Staff wore masks but obviously did not care enough about their customers to maintain a sense of order. Shelves were very empty too. I bought the wrong strength of developer because it was so busy but honestly I'm not even going to return it and risk going back into that cramped little store.

This location is a lot cleaner and the customer service is excellent, the ladies are friendly and very helpful, I went to this location after having a very bad experience at a different sally beauty location and the St. Albert location was way more professional, 10/10 recommend going to this one!
